Middle States Accreditation
"The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is a voluntary, non-governmental, regional membership association currently serving higher education institutions in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other geographic areas in which the Commission conducts accrediting activities" (Middle States Commission on Higher Education).
Princeton University is undergoing Self-Study Evaluation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and will host an evaluation visit for reaffirmation of accreditation in Spring 2024. The Commission “recognizes the value of information provided by students, employees, and others in determining on an ongoing basis whether an institution’s performance is consistent with the Commission’s standards and expectations for accreditation.” The Commission invites individuals to submit third-party comments regarding Princeton University’s compliance with standards for accreditation, requirements of affiliation, policies and procedures, and applicable federal regulatory requirements.
